Financing to expand broadband network in Myanmar

Acted for Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd (Yangon Branch) in the financing of US$ 40 million to be made available by a US Lender to a Myanmar conglomerate (Borrower) to part-finance the expansion of the Borrower’s broadband network in Myanmar. Partner Alroy Chan led the transaction.
