Ohmyhome Ltd.’s S$4.7 million acquisition of Simply Sakal Pte. Ltd.

Rajah & Tann Singapore acted for Ohmyhome Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary, in the acquisition of Simply Sakal Pte. Ltd., a leading tech-enabled property management company in Singapore. The deal is valued at approximately S$4.7 million. Partners Tan Mui Hui and Howard Cheam led the transaction.
