Assisted One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. in its acquisition of Eastman Chemical Company’s tire additives business, which involves the set up of its local subsidiary in Malaysia and transfer of the assets and business to the subsidiary. Partners Yau Yee Meng and Ooi Ju Lien led the transaction.
