S$60 million private placement by Aspial Lifestyle Limited

Rajah & Tann Singapore and Christopher & Lee Ong, member firms of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, SAC Capital Private Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited as the joint placement agents in relation to the private placement undertaken by Aspial Lifestyle Limited to institutional, accredited and other investors so as to raise gross proceeds of approximately S$60 million. Rajah & Tann Singapore Partners Raymond Tong and Jasselyn Seet, and Christopher & Lee Ong Partners Annette Soh and Daphne Lam from the Capital Markets Practice were involved in the transaction.
