$439 million collective sale of Delfi Orchard to CDL Draco Pte. Ltd.

Senior Partner Norman Ho and Partner Gazalle Mok from Rajah & Tann Singapore are acting for the vendors in the S$439 million collective sale of Delfi Orchard to CDL Draco Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of City Developments Limited. Located in a prime location along Orchard Road, Delfi Orchard is a 11-storey freehold strata-title development comprises of 150 commercial and residential units. This deal marks the third major collective sale in the Orchard Road corridor. The sale is subject to the statutory sale order being obtained.
