SATRIA Satellite Project

Represented PT Satelit Nusantara Tiga as the implementing business entity/project company and borrower to the two syndicated facilities from Bpifrance Assurance Export covered lenders (for financing of French content: the satellite) and uncovered lenders (for financing of non-French content: ground segment & launch). The SATRIA Satellite Project (Government’s Multifunction Satellite) reached a financial close on 31 March 2021. Partners Yanu Wiriasmoko and Kanya Satwika led the transaction.
