Joint Venture between M1 Limited and Keppel Infrastructure Trust

Advised M1 Limited in its joint venture with Keppel Infrastructure Trust pursuant to which M1’s mobile and fibre network assets will be transferred to a special purpose vehicle on an arm’s length basis. Partners Shemane Chan, Benjamin Cheong, and Favian Tan led the transaction.
