Anna is an intellectual property and technology lawyer with a practice focused on intellectual property protection, commercialisation and technology transactions.
She advises clients on intellectual property strategy, trade mark portfolio management, technology and intellectual property licensing, as well as data protection, privacy and regulatory matters.

- Negotiated settlements and co-existence arrangements to resolve trade mark disputes relating to digital assets, fashion, beauty, and pharmaceuticals.
Technology and Intellectual Property Licensing
- Drafted and negotiated software development agreements for turnkey and customised technology projects.
