Concord New Energy Group Limited’s Secondary Listing on SGX

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, advised CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd. as issue manager on the secondary listing of Concord New Energy Group Limited (“CNE Group”) on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange by way of an introduction. CNE Group has a primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. With a market capitalisation of US$315.7 million, CNE Group is a globally recognised renewable energy company principally engaged in the development and provision of green power such as wind energy, solar energy, and the provision of energy storage, and managing wind and solar plants across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
