Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Koufu Pte Ltd in its acquisition of Piccadilly Galleria, the retail podium of the integrated development Piccadilly Grand by way of acquiring the shares of the ultimate holding company which indirectly owns the registered proprietor of the property from vendors related to CDL and MCL Land.
