We acted for the Plaintiff in a high‑stakes matrimonial dispute before the Family Justice Courts of Singapore. The proceedings, which have spanned over five years, involved repeated interlocutory applications, multiple appeals, and a contested valuation process for business interests. The Court dismissed the Defendant’s Registrar’s Appeal, affirmed directions to proceed to hearing without further interlocutory applications, and awarded indemnity costs of S$10,000 against the Defendant.
