On 10 November 2025, Rajah & Tann Singapore, Rajah & Tann Technologies, SUTD Academy and CoolRIOTS jointly organised an Introductory Workshop titled “Harnessing Generative AI & Transforming Legal Workflow Using Prompting for Legal and Contract Executives”.
Artificial intelligence (“AI“) is transforming the legal sector, with legal professionals increasingly leveraging its capabilities to draft contracts, review case law, and optimise workflows. However, success with AI is not just about using the technology – it is about precision in execution. Achieving optimal results with AI hinges on the ability to craft clear, targeted prompts.
The speakers at the seminar introduced the foundational concepts of generative AI and prompt engineering, with a focus on how legal workflows can be transformed through AI assistants.
Rajesh Sreenivasan, Head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice and Director of Rajah & Tann Technologies and Rajah & Tann Cybersecurity, was the trainer. He was joined by Philip Teng from PPIC Technologies Pte Ltd.
This workshop was first conducted in May 2025.
