RM2.36 billion initial public offering and listing of 99 Speed Mart

Acted as the legal advisor for CIMB Investment Bank Berhad in its role as the principal adviser, sole bookrunner, sole managing underwriter, and joint underwriter; and Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad and RHB Investment Bank Berhad as the joint underwriters in relation to the RM 2.36 billion initial public offering and listing of 99 Speed Mart Retail Holdings Berhad on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the largest IPO in Malaysia since 2017.
