Acting as lead counsel for the joint venture of Singtel and Lendlease to redevelop its Comcentre headquarters, in the drafting and finalising all the contracts related to the demolition of the existing premises, the construction of the new building and the appointment of various consultants. The joint venture development is slated to be a S$3 billion world class sustainable workplace featuring the latest smart building and digital technologies. We are also advising on the optimal procurement and contractual structure of the project, taking into account the complex and dynamic nature of the development.
