VinFast Auto Ltd.’s entry into a US$50 million securities purchase agreement with YA II PN, Ltd.

Rajah & Tann Singapore advised VinFast Auto Ltd. (“Vinfast“) in respect of its entry into a securities purchase agreement with YA II PN, Ltd. (“Yorkville“) for Yorkville’s subscription for a convertible debenture in the principal amount of US$50 million, which are convertible into ordinary shares of the Company.  Partners Evelyn Wee, Lee Xin Mei, Eugene Lee and James Chan led the transaction.
