Advising the liquidators of Sunshine Empire in a landmark case involving what was the largest PONZI and illegal pyramid selling structure designed to attract investors looking for quick returns with minimal outlay. The case has been widely reported and in summary, over 20,000 local investors were swindled out of their lifesavings, amounting to nearly S$190 million.
