System Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st level production support for applications and systems
• Manage and support legal technology solutions (including eDiscovery, contract management and etc)
• Maintain the firm's website, social media accounts, eLearning platform and assist in content production
• Database access management and support
• Develop project documentation and ensure that they are complete and detailed
• Involved in end to end process of web application development
• Analyse and process data set for the purpose of managed document review 
• Any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant disciplines with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in the legal or professional services industry will be preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills with a keen interest in eDiscovery, forensic technology and cybersecurity
