PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, (Singapore Branch)’s US$220 million bilateral financing transaction between Bank Mandiri and Geo Energy Resources Limited

Assisted PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, (Singapore Branch) (“Bank Mandiri”) as the Lender in a bilateral financing transaction between Bank Mandiri and Geo Energy Resources Limited, a Singaporean listed entity. In this venture, we advised Bank Mandiri on various Indonesian law matters integral to the proposed US$220 million term loan facilities. The transaction involved lending funds to PT Geo Energy Investama, Geo Energy Resources Limited, and Geo Coal International Pte. Ltd. Partners Harun Wailan Ngantung and Tracy Tania  led the transaction.
