Acted as the legal advisor for (a) RHB Investment Bank Berhad in its role as the principal adviser, joint underwriter and joint placement agent; and (b) AmInvestment Bank Berhad as the joint underwriter and joint placement agent in relation to the initial public offering and listing of Mega Fortris Berhad (“Mega Fortris”) on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, which is backed by Singapore’s Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC).
