India’s ITNL International divestment minority stake in Chongqing Yuhe Expressway

Acted as Singapore Counsel for ITNL International Pte. Ltd. (“IIPL”) in its divestment of 49% minority equity stake in Chongqing Yuhe Expressway Co. Ltd, a joint venture company between IIPL and Chongqing Expressway Group Co. Ltd to operate, manage and maintain Chongqing Yuhe Expressway, its related facilities and material assets. Partner Abdul Jabbar Bin Karam Din led the transaction.
