Acting for an oil trader, who are the claimants in a High Court suit in Singapore. Harmony is the unpaid seller of a Crude Oil that was transhipped at Nipah, Indonesia for on-carriage to China. The sale contract described the cargo as “Malaysian Bitumen Mixture”. Following the delivery, Forever failed to pay the balance purchase price, and alleged that Harmony did not deliver cargo conforming to the cargo under the sale contract.
