Acted for insurers in a suit brought by private banker for S$33 million damages

Acted for insurers to defend proceedings in a High Court suit brought by a Swiss private banker for damages due to traumatic brain injuries sustained after an accident. The matter involves complex issues of law and fact, with the plaintiff’s claim in excess of S$40 million which were largely dismissed by the High Court and on appeal. Partners Simon Goh and Wang Ying Shuang led the case.
