Rajah & Tann Singapore and R&T (Thailand), have contributed the Singapore and Thailand Chapters, respectively, of the “Contract Laws of Asia – Indemnities” guide jointly published by the Asian Business Law Institute (“ABLI“) and the Singapore Academy of Law.
