  • Project agreements such as EPC contracts, O&M agreements and offtake agreements.

Oil & Gas

Our team has extensive experience on oil & gas projects in South East Asia. We have acted for many leading international and regional petroleum companies, contractors and service providers, as well as regional governments.

  • Exploration and production, including preparing, negotiating and advising on PSCs, JOAs, concessions, and other project agreements with host governments.
  • Construction and financing of upstream oil & gas facilities, including offshore vessels, platforms and pipelines.
