U Myo Thant Swe is a Partner with Rajah & Tann Myanmar Company Limited.

He has advised clients on a myriad of matters including civil and criminal litigation in Myanmar, tax and labour matters, preparing, drafting and reviewing of agreements and advising companies who are looking to invest and set up their operations in Myanmar. Prior to joining Rajah & Tann, he has spent 22 years working in various corporates, law firms and advisory consultancies, contributing to his breadth of experience in government relations, risk assessment and legal compliance. Previously, he also reviewed and developed customer and supplier agreements within the company and drafted corporate guidelines to ensure successful business operations.
