Dodo graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2015 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2016. She was placed 4th in Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations. Dodo was admitted as an Attorney at Law in the State of New York in 2021.

  • Acted for OUE Commercial REIT Management Pte Ltd, as manager of co-borrowers, OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust and OUE Hospitality Sub Trust, in connection with a S$978,000,000 sustainability-linked loan in a syndicated financing transaction.
  • Acted for DBS Bank Ltd. in connection with an onshore-offshore loan facility to finance the acquisition of shares in a PRC property development company.
  • Acted for DBS Bank Ltd. and ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch in relation to a US$55,000,000 data-centre acquisition financing transaction.
Debt Capital Markets
  • Acted for First REIT Management Limited, manager of First Real Estate Investment Trust, in connection with a tender offer for S$60,000,000 subordinated perpetual securities issued pursuant to the S$500,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme of Perpetual (Asia) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of First Real Estate Investment Trust).
  • Acted as counsel to SMRT Capital Pte. Ltd. and SMRT Corporation Ltd in the update of the S$1,300,000,000 multicurrency guaranteed medium term note programme to provide for the issuance of notes as Green, Social or Sustainability Bonds in accordance with the SMRT Group Sustainability Bond Framework.
  • Acted for TML Holdings Pte. Ltd. in its issuance of US$425,000,000 4.35% Notes due 2026 with the benefit of a letter of comfort provided by Tata Motors Limited.
  • Represented Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd. as arrangers in the update of a S$700,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme by Banyan Tree Holdings Limited.
