Banking & Finance Specialist Sieng Deline Joins Rajah & Tann Asia’s Cambodia Member Firm

Rajah & Tann Asia’s Cambodia member firm today announced the appointment of banking and finance specialist lawyer, Sieng Deline, as a partner in its Phnom Penh office, R&T Sok & Heng, an integrated law firm that is a member of Southeast Asia largest legal network, Rajah & Tann Asia.

Prior to joining Rajah & Tann, Deline has had more than six years’ experience as Head of Legal & Compliance at the leading international bank in Cambodia – ANZ Royal. In addition to his in-house legal expertise, Deline’s 14 years’ of legal experience include being external Legal Advisor assisting banking and business clients; Legal Researcher focusing his research studies on trade-related laws during the period of Cambodia’s first entry into the WTO; and Official at the National Bank of Cambodia handling regulatory preparation works.

Deline is licensed to practise law in Cambodia by the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He also spent more than 10 years as a part-time lecturer in several universities and a professional training centre in Phnom Penh.
